New-age woman
The new woman is supposed to be a ruthless winner at work and a bundle of nurturing sweetness at home. But does anyone even care to ask her how she does that? In any case she does her job in as clinical a fashion as possible. Like any other human being, she also needs support. As a working woman, she expects her employers to understand her concerns and take necessary steps to create a better work environment. However, irrespective of what anyone does, a woman who has a career and a family automatically develops something in the way of two personalities, like two sides of a coin, each different in design. Her problem is to keep one from draining the life from the other.
