1. What does my subscription include?
A subscription provides full access to the Human Capital Online library and premium content.
2. How long is the subscription valid?
Your subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3. Is there a free reading limit?
Yes. Non-subscribers may access a limited number of free articles each month. Full access requires a subscription.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept commonly supported online payment options such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods enabled through our payment gateway.
5. I made a payment but didn’t get access. What should I do?
Please email us at humancapitalonline@gmail.com with your transaction details, and we will assist you promptly.
6. Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. However, renewal reminders will be sent via email, and you can always renew manually.
7. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
No, there is no need to cancel future renewals as there are no automatic renewals. However, once you cancel, access stays active until the end of the one-year term.
8. Can I get a refund after subscribing?
Since subscriptions provide instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not offered once activated, except in limited cases such as billing errors or unresolved access issues.
9. What if I was charged twice?
Accidental duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
10. What if the platform isn’t working for me?
If you face technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for support and review.
11. I forgot my password — how do I log in again?
You can use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page or contact support for assistance.
12. Can I access my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes. Subscriptions are linked to your registered email account and may be accessed across devices.
13. Will I receive marketing or sponsored emails?
Only if you opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with external organisations. You may unsubscribe anytime.

15. Do you offer institutional or corporate subscriptions?
Yes. Human Capital Online offers institutional and corporate subscription plans for organisations, companies, universities, and HR teams that require access for multiple users.
