By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to digital services that are delivered immediately upon payment.

Subscription Access

Our subscription provides:

  • Full access to the Human Capital Online library
  • Unlimited reading beyond free monthly limits
  • Access for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase

Refund Eligibility

Since subscriptions provide instant access to digital content, refunds are generally not provided once the subscription has been activated.
However, refunds may be considered in limited cases such as :

  • Accidental duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect billing or payment errors

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain active until the end of the current one-year subscription period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in an active subscription.
