Simpliwork Offices appoints Tanushree Thawani as VP-HR

Simpliwork has appointed Tanushree Thawani as Vice President – Human Resources. An industry professional with over a decade of rich experience, Tanushree has demonstrated expertise in talent and stakeholder management as well as in creating frameworks that enable sustainable environment for performance and growth.

 

At Simpliwork, Tanushree's role will include creating a diverse and inclusive environment that supports the company’s high-growth ambitions, attracting and engaging top talent, strengthening stakeholder affinity, and building an organizational culture that fuels and supports rapid scaling in the post-pandemic economy.

 

Earlier, Tanushree was responsible for talent management and organizational development at Bajaj Finserv, where she built and managed several programs for emerging leaders and for the senior talent. Her past appointments include pharmaceutical and technology companies such as Fresenius Kabi, Infosys and HCL among others.
