Redcliffe Labs To Hire 1000+ In 6 Months

Redcliffe Labs, a unit of Redcliffe Lifetech in the US and India, is gearing to expand its team across India by over 1000. It will take on these new employees over the next six months at entry-level, as well as mid- and senior-level positions.

 

Dheeraj Jain, founder, Redcliffe Labs, envisions that they will become “the one-stop diagnostic company that provides the entire portfolio of tests under one roof, and that too at affordable costs”. The aim is to reach over 500 million Indians in the next five years.

 

The new hires will be working for Redcliffe in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and other major cities, as well as tier-2 towns such as Raipur, Dehradun and Kanpur.

 

The Company is looking for talent in the areas of marketing, technology, customer support, operations, sales, as well as senior leaders and phlebotomists for its labs and collection centres.

 

The demand for home diagnostics has gone up ever since the pandemic. And with its digital first approach with on-demand one-hour home collection and same day report, Redcliff will soon achieve its target.
