EaseMyTrip Appoints Priyanka Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Easy Trip Planners Limited (EaseMyTrip), India’s second-largest online travel platform, has appointed Priyanka Tiwari as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective September 1, 2021.

 

In her current role, Priyanka will be the Chief Advisor to the Board of Directors on best practices in Corporate Governance. She will be the company’s legal expert on Corporate Laws, Securities Laws & Capital Market, and Corporate Governance. She will also be responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company, including SEBI and ROC-related matters.

 

Priyanka has comprehensive experience in statutory and regulatory compliances, the credit risk of corporate lending, and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. She joins from Yes Bank, where she served as the Risk Analyst of corporate loans. Before joining this role, she served as the Company Secretary of Isec Organics Limited and had a stint with Surya Roshni Limited.

 

A business graduate from Prestige Institute of Management, Priyanka is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
