Walmart-owned Flipkart has announced a comprehensive health insurance policy for its full-time employees in India.
Under the new policy, all the employees will be entitled to avail unlimited, unrestricted health cover free of cost.
Effective retrospectively from April, 2020, the company will cover all deceased employees, irrespective of the cause of death.
The family of the deceased employees will receive health cover to the value of 5-times their CTC, along with notice period settlement as per the contract.
