Tata AIG General Insurance has elevated Jitesh Bawa as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Earlier he was Senior Vice President - Human Resources of the company.
Bawa has more than 25 years of experience in HR space. Before Tata AIG, he served as CHRO and Head - Strategic Hiring (Group) at the Edelweiss General Insurance.
His earlier stints include IndusInd Bank, ICICI Lombard, and, Reliance General Insurance.
Bawa has pursued BSc (Hons) from the University of Delhi.
