Goldman Sachs Names Megan Hogan As Chief Diversity Officer

Goldman Sachs has named Megan Hogan as its Chief Diversity Officer.

In this role, Hogan will be responsible for the firm’s global diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on driving progress towards our aspirational goals, further enhancing the firm’s position as an employer of choice for diverse professionals.

As chief diversity officer, Megan will also oversee all firmwide programming focused on the development, retention and promotion of diverse professionals, including initiatives and events organized by the global Inclusion Networks, and manage the firm’s external partnerships with organizations focused on promoting inclusion and diversity.

Hogan joined Goldman Sachs in 2014, most recently serving as Managing Director, as well as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Inclusion and Diversity Committee (GIDC).

However, she will continue to serve as chief operating officer of GIDC, and in that capacity will work closely with leaders across the firm to help advise on firmwide, divisional and regional inclusion and diversity priorities.
