Whatfix, a Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), has appointed Romita Mukherjee as Global Senior Director- Human Resources.
Mukherjee has diverse experience in HR with specialisation in organisational transformation and restructuring, Performance Management, organisational change management and HR technology implementations.
In her new role at Whatfix, Mukherjee will enable business growth by developing a high calibre talent pipeline, implementing strategic leadership and employee development practices.
Before this, she has been associated with organisations such as Samsung, Boston Consulting Group and First American.
Mukherjee has pursued Bachelors and Masters degree in Human Resources from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra.
