Udbhav Ganjoo has been appointed as Head of HR-Global Operations, India, Emerging Asia, and Access Markets at Viatris (a company formed by the merger of Mylan and Upjohn, a division of Pfizer).
The Ranbaxy veteran is seasoned human resources professional with over three decades of experience across industries like engineering, automobiles, services and pharmaceuticals. Experience in talent management and maximising human performance through strategic application of a variety of HR initiatives.
Ganjoo has also partnered with the business to drive strategic HR initiatives and managed operational responsibilities for effective talent management, maximising productivity, mergers and acquisitions. Before his stint at Viatris, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Mylan India and Emerging Markets.
