Matrimony.com has named S. Rajesh Balaji joining as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Balaji will oversee all aspects of human resources strategy, talent management, building individual and organisational capabilities, organisation design and digitisation amongst others.
A seasoned HR professional and a dynamic leader, he has more than two decades of experience in establishing and transforming human resources functions at global, high-tech companies across Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors spanning multiple geographies.
Before Matrimony.com, Balaji served in leadership roles with Landmark Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays and Hewitt Associates. His academic credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from Said Business School, Oxford University, besides post-graduation in Human Resources.
