TCS iON, a strategic unit of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has opened registrations for its National Qualifier Test (NQT) for the fresher recruitment programmes of participating corporates.
Conducted every quarter, NQT is a multi-level assessment to assess competence on core cognitive abilities required for entry-level jobs, industry-related knowledge and insights, and specialization on skills required for performing the job role.
The test will provide aspiring candidates with access to employment at multiple corporates, while helping the employers get understanding of job seekers’ cognitive abilities. The test score is valid for two years.
The first test, which will be available for free, is slated to be held from October 24 to 26, 2020. The last date to register is October 17, 2020.
The candidates can take test several times to improve their scores.
