Nadia Rawlinson Appointed as New CPO of Slack

Slack Technologies has appointed Nadia Rawlinson as its Chief People Officer (CPO).

 

She will be responsible for global recruiting, people operations, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, program management and managing Slack’s ongoing response to the impacts of Covid-19 on its employees and office spaces.

 

Rawlinson has exceptional experience across all facets of human resources strategy and development globally.

 

Most recently, Rawlinson was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Live Nation Entertainment where she oversaw global HR strategy and development.

 

Nadia said in a press statement, “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be joining Slack as its new CPO. During these uncertain times, supporting Slack’s employees and prioritizing a strong, inclusive culture is more important than ever. I believe the company is at a unique inflection point: Slack is emerging as the de facto remote headquarters for millions of knowledge workers around the world.”
