In one of the industry-first moves, SCIKEY will offer SCIKEY FRESUME (Fresh Digital Resume), SCIKEY MindMatch (Unique Personality Assessment) and SCIKEY Jobs through career services switch on PhonePe.

SCIKEY Jobs also enables employers to post jobs that can be accessed & applied by the millions of Jobseekers on their fingertips.

The SCIKEY career services will enable job seekers to automatically create dynamic digital resumes with a click of a button. The resume can be shared digitally with a link enabled feature across various online platforms and can be updated at any time in the future. Moreover, job seekers will also get a personality report by undertaking the psychometric (MindMatchTM) assessment. Job seekers can also find, shortlist and apply for job listings on the SCIKEY Jobs platform.

These career services will be offered to all jobseekers as well as employers at zero cost for the first 60 days & at a very nominal price thereafter.

Millions of PhonePe users can access the SCIKEY career services from the PhonePe app from the Switch section. The entire process will only take a few minutes and will direct the user to the SCIKEY platform that will indicate all the offerings.
