To say that startups are a major force driving the Indian economy today, will for a fact, not tant amount to be an idle boast. Almost three-fourths of all job opportunities created within India, in the last five years, have been attributed to startups. These ventures are constantly attracting massive investments from leading investors across the globe to fuel the country’s economic growth. The Indian Government too,has come forward and acknowledged the role played by the entrepreneurial community by launching its ‘Start Up India, Stand Up India’ initiative, that provides the supportive legal and policy framework to startups for doing business.
