Zebra Technologies has named Holly Tyson as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective from April 20.
Tyson will be responsible for Zebra’s global organizational development, talent acquisition, rewards and benefits as well as culture strategies, among other talent-centric responsibilities.
She replaces Mike Terzich who is leaving the organization after serving 28-year at Zebra, holding a multitude of leadership roles across the business.
Tyson has over 20 years of experience in global HR leadership roles spanning industries such as retail, logistics and healthcare. Most recently, she was CHRO for DICK’S Sporting Goods.
“I am excited to join Zebra and contribute to the company’s market leadership position through impactful talent strategies and programs that attract and retain the best talent,” said Tyson.
"It is clear to me that Zebra prioritizes its people and has built an inclusive culture that I’m honored to become a part of and further influence".
