upGrad has appointed Preeti Kaul as President of Human Resources, who will be based out of their Mumbai office.
Kaul brings more than two decades of experience to upGrad, having served in HR leadership roles in organisations like UnitedHealth Group and WNS Global Services.
In her new role, Kaul will responsible for the company’s human resource function and her focus will be to drive high-performing inclusive culture and employee experience journey at upGrad.
Prior to this, Kaul served over six years at the United Health Group, a Fortune 500 company as the Human Capital and Talent & Leadership Development Leader where she led multi-generational and cross-geo workforce.
She has also worked at WNS Global Services, Atos Syntel and Ernst & Young delivering high business impact through transformational and futuristic combinations of people, practice and processes.

Kaul holds an MBA in Human Resources as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour, Laws, and Welfare. She has also pursued the Executive Leadership Program from Wharton School of Business, The University of Pennsylvania.
