Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has appointed Dr. Swatee Sarangi as its Global Head – Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development.
Swatee will work on the organisation’s change mandate and will focus on leadership and capability building. She will also be responsible for creating a learning culture, skill-building, and enabling the digital transformation agenda of the firm.
Prior to this, she was associated with Larsen & Toubro as its Head - Learning & Organization Development.
Swatee is a C-suite level practitioner in strategic workforce design & capability development. She has extensively worked in areas of talent modeling, strategic visioning, learning, people development, work practice innovations & leadership development.
She holds a Ph.D. Degree in Talent Management and Organizational Development.
