Jsimple LLC, a US-based company in Artificial Intelligence HR space, has announced the appointment of Karnika Bansal as its Business Head for its global operations.
JSIMPLE envisions expanding the rollout of attrition prediction add-ons to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in India and internationally.
She will be responsible for overseeing operations of the company, building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth & profitability, cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture and branding of the company in India and the US.
She brings positive energy and unique experience to Jsimple with sound decision-making, marketing & communication skills, operational effectiveness, and acumen for driving swift business growth.
Bansal will be working directly with the CEO, Jag Singh, and will have offices in North Haven, Connecticut, US, and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Bansal has pursued International MBA from IE Business School, Spain, specializing in marketing & strategy. Formerly, she has had diverse experience as a co-founder and CMO of an ed-tech startup in India, and as a Project leader at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
