Rajesh Padmanabhan has stepped down as the Director, Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Welspun Group.
He is planning new innings as an entrepreneur in Talent, Technology and Transformation areas.
An influential senior global HR leader joined Welspun Group in February 2016. During his tenure, he has led Group HR, driven Cultural Transformation, advised and worked on Digital footprint, supported Businesses with Strategy, Innovation, and Business Excellence.
Prior to Welspun, Padmanabhan was president and group CHRO at Vedanta. He began his career with the ICICI group.
Padmanabhan holds double Masters in both HR and Finance from Mumbai University.
