Mahindra Group names Amit Raje as Executive Vice President - Partnerships & Alliances

Mahindra Group has announced the appointment of Amit Raje as Executive Vice President – Partnerships & Alliances.
He will be responsible for leading M&A and Investor Relations and will report to Dr. Anish Shah, Deputy Managing Director and Group CFO, Mahindra Group.
Most recently, Raje was the Managing Director in the Principal Investing Area at Goldman Sachs. He was a Nominee Director of Goldman Sachs on the Boards of Noveltech Feeds Ltd, Good Host Spaces Ltd. and Global Consumer Products Private Ltd.
Raje has cumulative experience of more than 23 years in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and as a political analyst. He had varied experience with Kotak Investment Advisors Ltd, and Deloitte & Co in the Transaction Advisory Services.
Raje is a postgraduate from Mumbai University and an MBA with a specialization in Finance & Private Equity, from the London Business School
