GE Power India Limited (GEPIL) has announced the appointment of Mahesh Palashikar as the Chairman of the company's Board.
As a 20-year GE veteran, Mahesh has worked and advanced through a series of complex and increasingly responsible assignments in manufacturing operations, global supply chain, quality, lean six sigma, sales, projects and services within GE's Healthcare, Power and Renewable Energy businesses.
"We are delighted to have Mahesh join the GEPIL Board as Chairman. Mahesh brings deep knowledge and vast experience with a strong proven leadership", said Prashant Jain, Managing Director of GE Power India Limited.

GEPIL also appointed Vijay Sharma, Chief Financial Officer as Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2020.
