Dr. Tanaya Mishra has joined Essar Projects Ltd. (EPL), Dubai as the head of human resources.
She will be responsible for re-imagining leadership and talent practices to create the most thriving work culture for the Projects portfolio.
Mishra has more than 25 years of rich experience in organizational transformation, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and coaching.
She has been recognized as among Asia’s 40 Most Aspirational Women Leaders (2018) and was conferred with India’s Best CHRO Award in 2017.
In her earlier stints, Mishra has served key positions at the Government of Qatar’s Oil and Gas Co. as Consultant – Human Resources, Accenture as Director (MD) – HR (APAC), JSW Group as Sr. Vice President – Group HR, ACC (Holcim) as Chief People Officer, Shoppers Stop as Head – HR, FirstSource (erstwhile ICICI One Source) as Head – HR, Group M (WPP Group) as Director – HR and SBI Life Insurance as Head-HR, (AVP-HRD).
