Radhashyam Mahapatro appointed as HR director of NALCO
Radhashyam Mahapatro has been appointed as the new HR director of the National Aluminium Company (NALCO). He will be taking charge on 1 January, 2020.
Presently, Mahapatro is working as director (personnel) at Central Colafields Limited (CCL). With over 26 years of experience in HR and IR, Mahapatro has worked in various sectors, including power, coal and oil.
Mahapatro holds a BSc. Degree in Physics and persued his postgraduation in personnel management, industrial relations and labour welfare. His core areas of interest are productivity improvement, rural development, poverty alleviation, environment, and ecology.
