Saba Adil has joined Raheja QBE General Insurance, as its Chief People Officer (CPO).
Most recently, Adil was CPO at Avanse Financial Services, where she was responsible for HR, CSR and administration.
Adil has rich experience of more than 19 years in diverse roles including human resources, project management, customer insights and operations.
Before Avanse, she led the charge at Aegon Life Insurance as Chief Operating Officer(COO), and CPO, and drived the strategic goals and operating plans for the organisation.
Prior to Aegon, Adil led HR at Mahanagar Gas (MGL) and British Gas JV. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science and has persued master’s in HRM from Aligarh Muslim University.
