Jindal Stainless has appointed Nitin Thakur as head of Learning and Development (L&D).
Thakur will responsible for fostering an improved learning culture and employee growth in the company and will work with Chief Human Resources Officer, Jindal Stainless, S K Jain.
“Building a learning culture is pivotal to any organization’s growth in today’s time. We are glad to bring Nitin on board to lead this important function”, said S K Jain.
A Harvard alumnus, Thakur has more than 19 years of diverse experience in Leadership Development and Talent Management.
