Zolostays, has roped in Chanchal Gupta as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Gupta will be handling the strategic direction that the company would embark upon in terms of people management, retention, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, in addition to succession planning.
With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry , Gupta has previously held roles at Amazon, Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd. and Citibank Global Services Limited.

Gupta is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has pursued B Tech in electronics and communication from the Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur.
