Kearney names Kaushika Madhavan as Managing Partner and Country Head

Kearney has appointed Kaushika Madhavan as the new Managing Partner and Country Head for its India unit. He will oversee business strategy and operations of Kearney India.

Madhavan has over two decades of consulting and industry experience working with leading Indian and global clients across industries, with a focus on consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

 

An Indian Institute of Ahmedabad alumni, he has been instrumental in enabling several Kearney top-notch clients achieve breakthrough transformation in areas like profitability improvement, process improvement, organization, cost reduction, service-level enhancement, and capability augmentation for rapid scale-up.
