Umanath Nayak has joined Wakefit.co, a sleep solutions company, as the Head - Human Resources.
Armed with more than 13 years of cross-domain industry experience in the HR domain, Umanath will be managing all HR functions – from talent acquisition and talent management to HR analytics and business partnering.
His prior work experience with diverse businesses, like Global Franchise Architects, Gionee mobile, Papa Johns, and FreshMenu, is expected to bring in agility to the company and its workforce.
In other key leadership roles, Wakefit has added Kumar Gaurav as CTO, Parasar Sarma as VP – Product and Abhishek Upadhyay as Finance Controller to its team.
