Prashant Parashar has joined CleverTap, an AI-powered customer lifecycle and user retention platform, as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Earlier, he was associated with Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as the President, Global Human Resources.
Prashar is an HR thought leader with more than two and a half decades of experience in culture and organisation transformation through systems, processes and people interventions across the organization.
His experience span an array of sectors such as including automobile, BPO , consulting pharmaceutical, outsourcing, and IT.
Prashar has pursued Post Graduation in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified with the best project award from Genpact and a trained Executive Coach.
