Charandeep David has joined Max Life Insurance as its the Corporate Vice President of HR.
Prior to this, Charandeep served as Head L&D - Self Operated Business (SOB) at OYO. Charandeep has 25 years of in-depth experience in learning and development, change management, talent development, and knowledge transfer with a key focus on customer service for global customers in multiple locations
In her earlier stints, she has been associated with organizations like as British Airways, GE, Genpact, Aircel, Jet Airways.
Charandeep has also worked with British Airways for 9 years in Operations, Customer Service and Training.
