Datamatics Global Services, has appointed Rima Ghose Chowdhury as the Executive Vice President (EVM) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She will be leading the HR operations, globally.
Before this, Chowdhury was a professor and HOD, human resource management, at the NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research.
A seasoned HR leader and practitioner with more than two decades of experience in Corporate and Academics, Chowdhury has worked in various industries, including IT, media & entertainment and Petrochemicals.
She has worked with numerous reputed global organisations like IBM, Sony Pictures Networks India, Quinnox.
