Good Glam Group Offers Paid Leave

Good Glamm Group or G3 as it is called, the Indian beauty and personal care unicorn, has announced a week-long break for its employees.

Earlier, the Company had launched ‘birthday leave’ for all 2000+ employees, allowing them paid leave on their respective birthdays and presenting them with birthday vouchers.

It hopes that the paid time off from December 25 to January 2, will help employees spend quality time with family and focus on their personal life. Kartik Rao, chief people officer, Good Glamm Group, says that the firm understands that “it is time for them to take those long-awaited trips and spend quality time with their family during the festive season of Christmas and New Year.”

Amidst its exponential growth, Good Glamm Group has not ignored its employees. The Group partnered with an NGO—Bigger Than Life, and donated Rs 50,000 to be used for kids’ dental and menstrual hygiene.

The Company is known to focus on employee happiness and regularly organises fun office events from virtual stand-up comedy and Diwali tambola to employee holidays on their birthdays.

The group also organises monthly engagements along with a special on-boarding programme for pre- and post-on-boarding connect. In addition, G3 launched the new R&R programme – GoodLight – where it recognises the right behaviour and performance of the workforce.
