Epsilon Carbon as appointed Ranjan Banerjee as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 2021.
In his new role, Banerjee is responsible for heading the people and culture agenda of the organization.
Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources at the Aditya Birla Group.
Banerjee has over 26 years of experience in the HR space, is an Executive Coach and a Change & Transformation specialist providing advisory services in organization building, culture change, and industrial relations.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work (specialization in PM & IR) from Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, and an HR Executive Programme (HREP) from Ross Business School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.
