Ugam has planned to hire more than 1000 fresh graduates from top colleges in India.
The new hiring will take place across analytics, CX, cloud, research, and marketing technology.
This expansion will support Ugam’s accelerated business growth due to digital transformation. It will also enable Ugam to continue playing a key role in driving customer experience transformations with Merkle. In fact, Ugam now constitutes 25% of Merkle’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) team strength.
