Mondelēz International has appointed Shilpa Vaid as its People Lead, India.
Vaid will overlook after people strategy and transformation agenda for Mondelēz India business. She has over two decades of national & international experience spanning across consulting, insurance, retail and e-commerce industries. She began her career in HR consulting with Ernst & Young/ Arthur Andersen.
Most recently, she was associated with Prione Business Services and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudtail India Limited.
Prior to Prione, Vaid led the HR function for Arvind Fashions Limited, Bharti AXA General Insurance and MetLife India.
She is an alumni of Hindu College, University Of Delhi, and has an MBA in HR from International Management Institute, New Delhi.
