Biocon Biologics Ropes In Naveen Narayanan As CHRO

Biocon Biologics has appointed Naveen Narayanan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

 

In his new role, Narayanan will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture globally.

 

Prior to joining Biocon, Narayanan was associated with KPISOFT as MD – Human Capital Consulting, Solutions & Transformation for nearly three years.

 

With over 28 years of experience, Narayanan has worked across industries and with notable brands like Publicis.Sapient, Arrow Group Global, HCL Technologies Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank.

 

On LinkedIn, the company said, “We are happy to welcome Naveen Narayanan as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Biocon Biologics. He is an experienced professional who brings a rich understanding of global Human Capital Strategy to assist businesses with the challenging task of navigating the digital economy,”
