Kyndryl has appointed Maryjo Charbonnier as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Most recently, Charbonnier was CHRO at Wolters Kluwer. She was responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies and processes.
Charbonnier is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington, DC, and earned her MBA from, Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Charbonnier also served as HR executive and held various leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Vice President for Talent Sustainability for PepsiCo Foods Americas, a unit with $30 billion in revenues and more than 120,000 employees.
