IPG DXTRA, a global collective of 27 marketing specialty brands anchored by Weber Shandwick, Golin, Octagon, Jack Morton and FutureBrand, has onboarded Vikas Dua as HR Head for India.
Vikas is a high-value HR professional who has worked with both startups and large corporations such as Wipro and Concentrix, driving HR in the APAC region. He has been instrumental in building the careers of over 120,000 individuals across levels.
Vikas is a well-recognised HR leader who has authored the book ‘HR in my HeaRt: Leadership Lessons Like Never Before’ and delivered a TEDx Talk, in addition to mentoring and advising various HR tech startups such as HuddleUp.
Prior to joining IPG DXTRA, Vikas was the Founder & Chief HR Mentor at Attayn, where he built a community of cross-domain experts to support students enhance their learning journeys. He also serves as an advisor to the Steering Committee of the BRICS Young Leaders Program.
