Reliance Retail has named Shathi Sharma as its Vice President of Human Resources.
Sharma has nearly 20 years of industry experience in building business and HR teams.
An alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, Sharma's expertise includes HR handling, processes and people strategy in sectors such as telecommunication, retail, manufacturing and banking.
Most recently, she was CHRO at Dixcy Textiles for around three years.
