Oyo has announced ‘no reason asked,’ infinite paid leave for its employees.
The startup has also moved to a four-day working in a week in May and this may be extended to June as well.
Ritesh Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer of OYO Rooms, made the announcement on Twitter.
"Starting today we are moving to a 4 day work week but implementing it slightly differently, making Wednesdays off to let OYOpreneurs have a mid-week breather", he tweeted.
