Accenture has onboarded Shweta A Talwar as its Vice President – Talent & HR Operations.
In her new role, Talwar is responsible to work with global clients on their Talent & HR operations solutions and delivery requirements.
Talwar has over 17 years of experience as an HR leader, Strategic Advisor, Talent Partner and working globally with Executive Leaders.
Prior to Accenture, Talwar was heading HR at Everest Group, across India, US/UK, and Canada. Some of her other stints in HR are Aon Hewitt, Sapient Technologies, and Aviva Life Insurance in various sub-verticals of HR.
She has pursued B.Sc. from the Institute of Home Economics, completed Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, and holds Master Degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India University.
