Admataz, an independent data-backed agency, has introduced new HR policies for its employees.
With efficiency and mental health at its crux, the new policies include unrestricted leaves that will enable employees to take as many leaves as is required along with a work hour system wherein employees are free to leave the workplace post 5 pm. Admatazz has taken these measures in an effort to ensure a healthy and optimum work-life balance.
Additionally, a counsellor on-call policy will be available for any assistance required and work from home once a week has been made mandatory given the current industry scenario. Taking a step towards providing a fun atmosphere for the youngest members of the team, the interns will now get a benefit of a free Netflix/Amazon subscription for their internship duration + stipend.
The changes will also cater to the way employees are hired, work, learn, communicate and collaborate within the workplace with an emphasis on a work environment based on value systems such as Respect, wowing the world with creativity, working smart, curiosity, teamwork & collaboration.
Yash Chandiramani, Founder & Chief Strategist Admatazz said, "The past year has been disruptive for most of the organizations and startups including their clients. As ensuring business continuity for each and everyone was paramount, we undertook an extensive review of our people policies with a view to make people feel valued, included and benefit from these policies. We will continue to leverage and cultivate our workplace which is diverse and inclusive."
