Sohan Roy, a Sharjah-based businessman, Founder, and CEO of Aries Group has announced that his company will pay salaries to the homemaker wives of his employees.
Reportedly, impressed by the dedication shown by his employees and their family members during the pandemic, Roy took this decision to reward all of them.
A report said that the amount of the salary will be based on the number of years the employee has worked in the firm. The company has initiated the process of collecting information of the wives of the employees and the initiative will be launched soon.
The Khaleej Times report also informed that the company neither fired nor reduced the salaries of its employees during the pandemic.
The company also pays pensions to the parents of the staff who have completed three years of work and gives annual scholarships to the meritorious children of the staff.
