3 in 4 Indian professionals May Look for A New Job in 2021, says Linkedin Report

 

According to a recent Linkedin survey, three in four professionals in India may opt for a job change and actively look for a new role in 2021. The research also spoke of how Indians are facing the uncertainty of professional lives and anxiety from the work-end considering the increasing competition in the job market.

 

Furthermore, the survey reported that one-third of job seekers in India get anxious at filling out long-drawn recruitment forms and the increasing number of recruitment stages, three in four people said that they were not on board with networking.

 

However, industry insights reveal that India still remains strong in terms of career growth as more and more professionals showed confidence and a positive attitude toward their future goals. Attending networking events and improving skills are on the rise as two in five professionals think that it will affect their prospects.

 

The survey was conducted across 1,016 professionals showed that the best opportunities would be in the field of freelance content creation, social media and digital marketing expertise, marketing skills, business development and sales skills, and specialised engineering roles, etc.

 

Other roles included finance, education, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, cybersecurity, data science, healthcare, human resources, user experience designer, and customer service.
