Recently, around 400 tech employees at Google announced the formation of a union in a strong sign of worker activism. Google employees more than 100,000 employees and the union is now trying to grow its membership size to be able to have a stronger influence on the management.

Furthermore, it has been reported that soon after the announcement of the union (Alphabet Workers Union) at the Alphabet subsidiary, Google has now asked employees to flag internal emails with “disruptive” language. As reported by The Telegraph the company has instructed its employees to watch out for any kind of controversial or insensitive content in their emails.

Google has sent a reminder to its employees informing them that the meeting rooms are for strict official work alone.
