ASRC Federal has named Shaveta Joshi as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Joshi will lead a team of human resources professionals in managing HR business operations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development and HR compliance functions.
Prior to ASRC, Joshi served eadership positions at outsourcing company Serco. She also held a short stint as Serco’s director of corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions and a six-year term as the director and head of total rewards, HR information systems and compliance for North America operations.
Joshi has pursued bachelor’s degree in Finance from George Mason University before earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.
