HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) appointed Navneet Munot as the new Managing Director & CEO.
Munot is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at SBI Mutual Fund. He will be succeeding the present MD Milind Barve.
In a stock exchange filing, the company said, “The Board of Directors is pleased to inform that at its meeting held on November 16, 2020 has approved that Mr. Navneet Munot will be appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Company and he will succeed the present Managing Director, Mr. Milind Barve.”
SBI Funds Management MD and CEO Vinay Tonse said, “Navneet has been part of this team of skilled and experienced senior fund managers and has overseen many of their achievements. We value his contribution to the organisation and wish him the best in all his future endeavours.”
