Times Internet has roped in Smriti Ahuja as Chief People Officer, effective November 2, 2020.
She will report to the CEO, Gautam Sinha.
Before joining Times Internet, Smriti was working at Cognizant as Global Head Organisation Effectiveness and Geo Leader Diversity & Inclusion. Of the three decades of work experience, she spent 10 years as an Independent Consultant in the areas of HR Strategy, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development.
Speaking on her appointment, Ahuja, said, “It’s been a week since I joined the organization and the period has been a real delight. The nature of talent and level of motivation that I have observed in the teams, I have interacted with so far, have been most impressive. I look forward to adding to the work that is being done.”
